At Cogent we understand that the best way to meet our customers needs is to know the customer. We do this by spending time with our customers at their location so that we can help them in building a successful strategy. We take the time to listen, clarify, and understand.

We continue to provide support for our solutions, after they have been implemented, to ensure quality and success. In keeping a relationship with our customers we are able to continue to offer feedback and guidance to help organizations meet new challenges as they expand and grow.

Our technicians are continually educating themselves on current technology so that you don’t have to. We love to be able to not only listen to our customers, but to offer feedback and suggestions to them to help them stay up-to-date. Sometimes we can offer solutions that they aren’t even aware of!

 
  Cogent History
  1998 Cogent is founded by Stefan Adams and Ben Nolen

2002 First employee is hired.

June 2003 Both Ben and Stefan are able to dedicate themselves to Cogent full-time.

October 2003 Jennifer Nolen is hired to take on the roles of Business Manager and Customer Service and Support.

November 2003 Cogent becomes a member of the Union Area Chamber of Commerce.
